As per the clause 3 of the Right to Information (RTI) Act 2007, freedom1 Forum has sought the following information with the Legislature Parliament:
a. Copies of the reports of the Public Account Committee (PAC) of the Legislature Parliament and House of Representatives from 2048 BS to 2068BS.
b. All data if the reports are in electronic format, and
c. Copies of all study reports of the PAC during this period
For the purpose of personal study, Chairman of the freedom1 Forum, Taranath Dahal, filed the application addressing the Information Officer at the Legislature Parliament Secretariat on March 21, 2012.
