Nepal has seen a new political context and new national and public security scenario after the reestablishment of Parliament resulting the ousting of active monarchy and participation of CPN (Maoist) in the government. After the pause in the more-than-decade long insurgency and inclusion of dissident group in the Parliament and government, the issue of public security is one of the important issues Nepal has to seriously work out.
